How to Make Spinach Tasty Using a Microwave

I'm now on my third week of medication and I realized that these dishes I'm making aren't really a big jump from my previous eating habits. The only thing missing from my diet now are those cakes, ice cream, chocolates and cocktails I used to enjoy after my healthy meal. Now, I have macapuno, sweetened langka, and honey for desserts. Strawberry Salad with Chicken Bits

This has been my diet for the past week, well, since I got back from Baguio basically. I bought some lettuce and strawberries so I really have no choice but to eat them. The other day, I ordered some dishes from Chic-Boy, one of which was a whole roasted chicken, that I haven't finished yet so you can also see chicken bits in my strawberry salad.

Whopper Tuna Sandwich

Every time I want to go on a diet (meaning, I try not to eat rice), I make myself some sandwich. But see, I have a huge appetite and one tiny sandwich won't be enough. So, what I do is make one huge sandwich as long as I make sure that I use wheat bread and fill it with a healthy tuna spread in between the slices of toasted or grilled wheat bread.

Here's how the tuna spread is done (while toasting or grilling the wheat bread).
