When Peter and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary last month, we went to Barcino located at Alabang Town Center.
We ordered Seafood Paella (Php560.00) which we both found so scrumptious and very well-balanced. You could taste all the ingredients and you'd know they were all fresh. Peter, in particular, tasted a small amount of toasted rice at the bottom adding a little bit of texture.
