Harbour Square Manila Bay Dinner Date

My hubby and I used to frequent Harbour Square back in 2007, when I was still working in GSIS, and my hubby would pick me up from work to have dinner there before heading home to Alabang. My officemates and I also used to hold our meetings in their Starbucks branch. It's really been ages since I was last in this place, perhaps the most recent was in 2010 after we watched Ballet Philippines in CCP.

Anyway, Harbour Square, located in Manila Bay, is such a scenic place where couples and families can enjoy their time watching the sunset, cruising along the bay, and dining in one of the numerous restaurants. It's only a few minutes away from other major establishments like Mall of Asia and Resorts World Manila (where we partied all night in Republiq after dinner) and the ambiance at night is really very romantic.

Exotic Dive Resort Food Offering

I stayed at Exotic Dive Resort in Malapascua, Cebu from Dec. 1-5. It's the most high end resort in the area which I can tell through the quality of their food. I gained weight after that trip but it was all worth it. I just want to share here some photos of the food and drinks they made me eat. Although they offered a lot of international cuisine, you know me, I'd rather stick to the food I love to eat. Maybe next time, I should be more adventurous, huh? And next time, I should try to order for myself rather than ask my roommate to order for us. Teehee. Anyway, here they are:

Lunch #2 at Zenz Restaurant at Mines View Park Hotel

Finally, here's the last set of wonderful, palatable, tasty (and free) dishes that were served during our short stay at Mines View Park Hotel. I tried not to eat much coz I was already feeling so bloated. But because everything was so yummy, aside from the strawberry sinigang, I also had a bit of the other dishes that were served:

chopsuey
I liked the way they prepared this dish. The vegetables were crunchy and not overcooked. It also has a buttery taste to it. Loved it!

fried bangus with garlic sauce
Since I already had bangus the day before, I didn't eat much of this dish. It was very delicious though. I'll make sure to order this dish when I come back here next time.

crispy fried chicken
This fried chicken was crunchy indeed! I could never get enough of it! *burp*

bibingcrepe
I am actually craving for bibingcrepe right now as I write this review. I guess that says something about this unique culinary dish that's very exclusive to HalfMoon Cafe. Yummy!

Bon appetit!
