Roasted Chicken and Garden Pasta Salad


Since the year started, we noticed that if we are not eating out, we normally have food delivered at our house (which reminds us, we better start taking pictures of food we order so we can feature them here on our food blog). But on occasions that we do have the time to prepare something healthy to eat, we usually prepare something like this...

The roasted chicken came from Andok's. We just paired it garden pasta salad (pasta, pechay, tomatoes, onions, bell pepper) and then sprinkled it with cubes of cheese and dressed it with a special vinaigrette (olive oil, vinegar, basil, rosemary, thyme).
