I discovered these three Indian dishes (Chicken Jalfrezi, Cheese Naan and Daal) when Jem and I dined at a Muslim restaurant in Ho Chi Minh. Jem was a vegetarian at that time (she's now a vegan) and Halal-certified restaurants were some of the places that offered food she can eat.So what's so special about these three Indian dishes?
