Losing Weight with Fat Burning Soup


Because of the current weather we've been experiencing lately, we've also been eating a lot. It's just so nice to vegetate and eat when the weather is cold, rainy and stormy... until we realize that we've gained a few more pounds and it's not pretty.

So recently, my hubby and I started on our fat burning soup diet. It mostly contains vegetables like carrots, onions, pepper, tomatoes, etc. Because of its low calorie content, we'd surely burn more fats a lot faster. In fact, just yesterday, my husband's aunt commented that Peter seems to have lost weight. I definitely believe that it's because of this fat burning soup diet.
