When Peter and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary last month, we went to Barcino located at Alabang Town Center.
We ordered Seafood Paella (Php560.00) which we both found so scrumptious and very well-balanced. You could taste all the ingredients and you'd know they were all fresh. Peter, in particular, tasted a small amount of toasted rice at the bottom adding a little bit of texture.
We had another dish, Lengua con Pure de Patatas (Php325.00) which was also equally delicious. The lengua was well cooked, succulent, tender and juicy. The potatoes were nice and fluffy although we would have liked if it had a little bit of crust.
Even the complimentary Bread Basket Mix with Ciabatta and Baguette was heavenly!
We'd definitely come back here for more.
