Cafe Antonio in Dumaguete

Cafe Antonio is one of the food places I go to every time I am in Dumaguete. It used to be just a simple cafe until it developed into a full blown restaurant, a full-fledged Coffee house and Resto so to speak and now goes by the name Cafe Antonio Coffee and Resto. They offer  a variety of gourmet dishes (Spanish, Filipino, Italian, American) aside from coffee, shakes , burgers and sandwiches.

According to their facebook page

"One of the best dining experience you can have in this quaint but beautiful city of Dumaguete. A full-fledged resto and coffee house in one place. Experience Dumaguete. Experience Cafe Antonio."

True enough, I loved the Hickory Glazed Grilled Pork Ribs and Hawaiian Pizza my bessy Hanz and I ordered for dinner one time. The vanilla shake however was not that great. Perhaps, we should've ordered another drink.

As for my hubby Peter and I, we had Rio's Barbeque Chicken and Jamaican Grilled Pork Chop when we had lunch there and we were both satisfied.

I photographed their menu so you can have a look. Everything looks yummy and very affordable too.

Aside from the good food being served here at cafe Antonio, we also love the ambiance both inside and outside. It's like entering an ancestral home with its quaint wooden furniture, colorful glass windows and other decorative furnishings made of native materials. The walls are laden with colorful paintings too.

Whether we go during day time or night time, Cafe Antonio truly gives that great vibe for a relaxing meal. They have free wi-fi too!

  3. I'm 55-year-old from Paris, I was diagnosed with second-stage liver cancer following a scheduled examination to monitor liver cirrhosis. I had lost a lot of weight. A CT scan revealed three tumors; one in the center of my liver in damaged tissue and two in healthy portions of my liver. No chemotherapy or radiotherapy treatment was prescribed due to my age, the number of liver tumors. One month following my diagnosis I began taking 12 (350 point) Salvestrol supplements per day, commensurate with my body weight. This comprised six Salvestrol Shield (350 point) capsules and six Salvestrol Gold (350 point) capsules, spread through the day by taking two of each capsule after each main meal. This level of Salvestrol supplementation (4,000 points per day) was maintained for four months. In addition, I began a program of breathing exercises, chi exercises, meditation, stretching and stress avoidance. Due to the variety of conditions that I suffered from, I received ongoing medical examinations.
