Trattoria Uma is one of the restaurants my husband and I tried when we visited Bacolod. It was dinner time and we wanted to rest early. So we just ordered pizza which we then brought to our hotel. I forgot what exactly the name of this pizza is (if you know, please do leave a comment) but it's thin crust with lots of arugula. It was quite tasty and priced at around Php450.00. They have other scrumptious dishes in their menu but some of it were a bit expensive for our budget, hence, the pizza.
Trattoria Uma is located in 15th and Lacson Street in Bacolod City. They are open from Monday to Sunday, 11:00 am - 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm. This restaurant specializes in Italian lunch and dinner.
